The Dress

Suzanne Neville 'Image' wedding dress, size 12

'Image' is a strapless gown in ivory silk taffeta and duchess satin. It has a fitted corset with ruching detail, and a full skirt with train. There is also a bustle loop so that the dress can be bustled for dancing.

It was ordered as a UK size 12 for my wife of 5'2 and was altered to suit her wearing 4.5 heels. It has an extra netting underskirt to increase volume of the skirt. This can be easily removed after photographs to increase comfort and reduce bulk whilst sitting for the wedding breakfast.

The dress was worn once on our wedding day and has since been professionally dry cleaned. Unfortunately, there are a couple of marks left, but these are both in areas that aren't visible whilst wearing. One is inside the corset and the other on the underskirt. Other than that, the dress is in excellent condition and is truly flattering. It has been stored in a proper storage box to keep it in the correct conditions.
