I genuinely felt like a princess in this dress. If you can't go big on your wedding day, when can you?! This is truly a showstopping piece without being gaudy or over the top.
Specially designed by Manual Moto for Pronovias, this beautiful strapless gown with applique flowers lining the hem is very unusual when compared to the traditional lace detailing and trains found on ballgown wedding dresses. The top is corseted with applique flowers and really holds everything in - it's incredibly flattering for any shape as it makes your waist look tiny. I am petite (5'4) and it managed to make my legs look long... Which they certainly aren't!
The full skirt is swathed with double silk organza and has a long train (which makes for very dramatic photos). The layering beneath the skirt is extremely soft and drapes in a grecian fashion as opposed to hold its shape like some of the meringue ballgown style wedding dresses I have seen.
The dress was incredibly comfortable and my only wish is that I could wear it again! It seems such a shame to waste such a beautiful piece so I'm looking for a future bride to fall in love with it like I did!
If you'd like to see the dress in action, I'm happy to send you a link to my wedding video (it's only 5 mins - not the whole thing!) where you can see how it moves/looks outside of photos.
