Floor Length Beautiful and easy to wear dress! Was the perfect dress for my summer Garden/Beach wedding! Purchased from "Fairytales Bridal Boutique" Moonee Ponds- VIC on the 19/03/2016. Married on 11/02/2017
It has a thick layer of "Latte" coloured satin underneath and loads of draping chiffon in an Ivory colour over the top which falls perfectly. The lace detailing on the bodice is so beautiful and the corset back makes this dress very comfy to wear and able to fit almost all sizes. The fact you can secure the dress via the corset as tight as you want was the main reason I bought this dress, it is so flattering and has no slippage so you can dance and party your wedding day away without worry! This was the second dress I tried on and I bought it that same day. I hope someone else can love this gown as much as I did on my special day.
The dress was purchased as a size 18 but if I was to do it again I would have picked at 16 or even 14 due to the corset backing- the dress had heaps of alterations done at a local seamstress. It was taken in to about a size 14/16 (made to fit me) and it was also taken up- I wore 3.5 inch heels and I'm 167cm tall. I also had the custom sleeve/straps made-they are removable by a unnoticeable button inside the dress. The dress has been dry cleaned- it has a few minor flaws. The bottom of the dress even after dry cleaning is a little bit offwhite in colour due to the outdoor wedding - I tried it on the other day and you cannot notice it once its on and your moving in it and would be gone if someone was to purchase it who is slightly shorter and needs it taken up fraction. Also it had a small button on the back where you could clip it up for dancing to make the train smaller and I have only just noticed that this is gone and there is a small fraying hole where it was- Can send in pictures if interested- hole is not noticeable while wearing the dress and I'm sure it could be repaired. Otherwise in great condition and ready to be loved again!
