The Dress

Beautiful strapless fit and flare dress with a pointed sweetheart neckline, structured ruching across the bodice, long train, high thigh slit, low back and a zip fastening with buttons down the back.
The dress is unique in that it has a very low back, however with boning it was extremely comfortable and supportive. The dress was very comfortable to wear all day, the boning in the bodice meant it felt secure, the ruching across the front was very flattering and the thigh high slit meant the dress moved beautifully. The dress was quite lightweight so I could move around easily, and the bustle held up with a full night of dancing.
I purchased a size 8 and reduced the bodice size closer to a 6, adding padding to the bust and boned the bodice. My height without heels is 167cm, I wore 6cm heels (Wittner Chill Sand Stiletto Sandals - I can highly recommend as a non-heel wearer, I wore them all night, including hours of dancing).
It has been dry cleaned with no marks. Boning/padding can be removed and slit sewn up.

Alterations

The dress was altered to reduce the bust to a size 6, boning was added to the bodice and bust. Padding was added to the bust.
