The Dress

This is an exceptional dress.

Brought back in 2011 from Mamfii Bridal in Cranleigh for a wedding that was cancelled (by me!).

Stored by Mamfii in a temperature controlled room in its bag with tags until 2014 where I got engaged and intended on wearing this dress.

It was brought as a size 8. I am 5 foot 3 and I was 9 stone 7 at the time of the fittings and wedding - NO alterations have been made to the main body of the dress and 2 inches was taken off of the length at the front and tapered to the sides (no length off the back). I wore 5 inch heels so it would be find for a bride who is any height up to 5 foot 7 (noting at this height you would really have to wear it with small heeled courts or flats).

The upsides of the dress:
Wedding day on a dry day in january with an indoor venue - I was outside for 45 minutes (as it was -2 on the day) so there are NO dirt marks on the dress.
Professional dry clean with boxing within two weeks of wedding - so any minor marks that may have been on the dress have been removed
Pristine condition - Worn only for that day (14 hours) and not touched before or since (and all dress fittings we wore gloves.
Comes with all the tags and bits and pieces with it - full Ian Stuart authentic dress
I will throw in the veil (handmade lace) with the dress as it has also been professionally cleaned and boxed with the dress.
Boxed dress is in a temperature controlled environment - and is in acid free paper

Downsides:
I will NOT remove the dress out of the box unless you are actually buying the dress
If buying you will only be able to touch the dress with gloves until you have purchased
There has been 2 inches taken off the front of the dress (so please - tall brides - make sure you consider this when looking)
